Late Breaker Poster Submissions
US HUPO is now accepting Late Breaker Poster Abstract Submissions for the US HUPO 2026 Conference, taking place February 21–25, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch in St. Louis, Missouri.
Late breaker submissions are intended for recent, novel, and timely research that was not ready by the regular abstract deadline. Accepted abstracts will be presented in poster format.

The submitting author must be the same individual who will present the poster at the US HUPO 2026 Conference.

Please follow the steps below to submit a late breaker poster abstract. If you have questions or require assistance, contact the US HUPO Conference Organizers at USHUPO@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.
Accessing the Submission Portal

The link to the abstract submission portal is included in your conference registration confirmation email.

After registering, click the submission portal link to create your login and password.

Complete your User Profile to begin the submission process.

Please save your login credentials for future access.

Submission Steps
Once logged in, select “Click Here to Start” and complete the following steps:

Select your submission topic from the list above.

Enter your abstract title in title case (e.g., This Is a Sample of Title Case). Titles are limited to 150 characters.

Enter the Abstract Content, including purpose, methods, results, and conclusion. Abstracts are limited to 300 words.

Review your abstract carefully to ensure special characters display correctly and the word limit is not exceeded.

Complete the Submitter Information section.

Enter all author information, including the presenting author. Author names will appear in the order entered.

The presenting author’s name will be underlined, and their email address will be published in US HUPO conference materials.

Ensure names, titles, and affiliations are not entered in all capital letters. Capitalize only where appropriate.

Click “Submit Abstract” to complete your submission.

The US HUPO Conference Organizers reserve the right to determine whether a submission is accepted.
