The US Human Proteome Organization (US HUPO) invites researchers, scientists, and members of the proteomics community to submit abstracts for presentation at the 23rd Annual US HUPO Conference & Tradeshow.

Important Submission Requirement
The submitting author must be the same person who will present the abstract at the US HUPO 2027 Conference.
Abstract Submission Procedure
Please follow the steps below to submit your abstract for consideration. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the US HUPO Conference Organizers .
Accessing the Submission Portal
- The link to the abstract submission portal will be included in your conference registration confirmation message.
- After registering, use the abstract submission portal link to create your login and password. Once you complete your User Profile, you can begin the submission process.
- Please save your login information. You will need to use the same email address and password each time you access your account.

Follow These Steps
- Log in to the abstract submission portal and select “Click Here to Start.”
- Select the submission topic that best represents your research.
- Enter your abstract title in title case. Titles are limited to 150 characters.
- Enter your Abstract Content, including purpose, methods, results, and conclusion. Abstract Content is limited to 300 words.
- Review your abstract carefully. Confirm that all special characters appear correctly and that your abstract does not exceed the 300-word limit.
- Complete your Submitter Information.
- Enter the information for the presenting/submitting author and all co-authors.
- Authors will appear in the order they are entered on the submission site. The presenting author's name will be underlined, and their email address will be published in US HUPO Conference materials.
- Please do not enter author names, contact information, or abstract titles in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Use capitalization only where appropriate.
- Click “Submit Abstract” to complete your submission.

Acceptance of Abstracts
The Conference Organizers reserve the right to determine whether a submission will be accepted for presentation.
Submitters will be notified of their abstract disposition by Friday, December 18, 2026.
