The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch is the official host hotel and venue for the 22nd Annual US HUPO Conference, taking place February 21–25, 2026. All conference sessions, poster presentations, workshops, and networking events will be held onsite—giving you seamless access to every part of the meeting experience.

Room Rates

 

$189 per night (+ taxes and fees) for single/double occupancy.

 
 

Reservations can be made at the group rate until Thursday, January 29, 2026, or until the group block is sold out—whichever comes first. The conference hotel block often sells out, so we encourage you to book your accommodations early to ensure availability and the discounted rate.

 

*If you have trouble booking your reservation, it may be due to specific sold-out dates. You are encouraged to adjust your reservation request to align with the hotel's availability. The group block has sold out in past years, so you are encouraged to make your reservations early.
