Conference Information
Where will the conference be located?
All conference events will take place at the Albuquerque Convention Center, located at 401 2nd Street NW Albuquerque, NM 87102.
I would like to reserve a hotel at the host hotel. How do I do that?
Visit the accommodations page for information on the Clyde Hotel Albuquerque, US HUPO's host hotel.
Sponsorship & Exhibitor Registration
Are there booth ONLY registrations?
Tradeshow only registrations are not available for this conference.
Do sponsors and exhibitors need to register for the conference?
Yes. All individuals attending the conference on behalf of a sponosr or exhibiting organization must be appropriately registered.
Which sponsorship levels include a speaking opportunity?
Premier Sponsorship: Includes a lunch seminar
Gold Sponsorship: Includes a breakfast seminar
What is included with a sponsored seminar?
The sponsorship includes the designated seminar opportunity and related conference benefits outlined in the sponsorship package. Sponsors are responsible for all food and beverage fees associated with this seminar. These fees are not included in the Sponsorship cost.
Can we select our own speaker?
Yes, sponsors may identify their preferred speaker and topic.
Can I upgrade my sponsorship after signing up?
Yes. Sponsorship upgrades may be available depending on current availability. Please contact the conference team to discuss your options.
What materials do I need to provide for my sponsorship?
Depending on your sponsorship selection, you may be asked to provide your company logo, company description, seminar information, promotional materials, or other content.

What are the deadlines for submitting sponsor materials?
Confirmed sponsors will receive specific deadlines and submission instructions.
What logo format should I provide?
A high-resolution logo is preferred (JPEG/PNG)

What is the booth size?
8' x 10'
What is included with my exhibit booth?
- One skirted table with two side chairs
- One 44” x 7” identification sign
- Listing in the mobile app, which includes website and a 50-word description
- Additional exposure thought participation in the optional door prize program
- Access to US HUPO QR code scanner functionality
- Post-conference electronic attendee list (usage rules apply)
How many registration are included with my booth?
One full conference registration. Additional registrations can be purchased separately.
Can I request a specific booth location?
Requests are accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Is electricity included with my booth?
Electrical, internet, audiovisual, and other services can be ordered through the venue.
Where can I find the exhibitor service kit?
The exhibitor service kit will be provided to confirmed exhibitors when available and will include information about booth furnishings, electrical services, shipping, and other onsite services.
Where should I ship my booth materials?
Shipping instructions, receiving information, deadlines, and the appropriate shipping address will be provided in the exhibitor service materials.
Can I ship materials directly to the convention center?
Please do not ship materials directly to the venue. Additional handling fees or receiving restrictions may apply.
Is Wi-Fi available?
General conference Wi-Fi will be available. Exhibitors requiring dedicated or high-bandwidth internet service may need to order additional service.
Is lead retrieval available?
Yes. Lead retrieval information and instructions will be provided to exhibitors prior to the conference.
What information is captured when a badge is scanned?
Firs name, last name, organization, location and email.
Can we include a marketing insert in the registration bags?
Yes, marketing inserts can be purchased as an add on. Please review the prospectus for pricing and requirements.
