Oral Presentations
Presentation Details
- Each presentation is 15 minutes total — please plan for a 12-minute talk followed by 3 minutes for Q&A.
- Presentations must be created in PowerPoint (16:9 format).
- Only PC laptops will be used; they will be equipped with the latest software.
- Personal laptops may not be used.
Presentation Upload
Please upload your PowerPoint presentation by February 13, 2026, using the link provided in your acceptance email.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your presentation has been successfully received.
- If you experience any issues with uploading, please contact USHUPO@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for assistance.
Onsite Presenter Instructions
- Arrive at your assigned presentation room 15 minutes prior to the session start time to familiarize yourself with the microphone, slide advancer, and stage setup.
- Please sit in the front row reserved for speakers.
- The Session Chairs will introduce you and monitor presentation timing.
- A slide advancer will be available at the podium.
- Turn off mobile phones during your presentation.
